 Oct 13 2014: A year ago today I was complete, happy and enjoying a Costa moment with Connor and showing him the Daytona. Nicola was happy messing about with friends over on a sleepover. Just another seemingly everyday Sunday. Myself and Anna excited to be finally moving into a house with 3 bedrooms, one for Nicola of her own. Our moving date was the Friday. 12 hrs from now our world's were to be blown apart and hearts broken beyond repair, beyond patching up. Hope and dreams in tatters.
I know I have been blessed with a wonderful son, girlfriend and step daughter, super loving and supportive family and caring, understanding friends. All have helped making surviving the last 12 months possible for us all. I am still here, I am still just as utterly heart broken and sad but I'm still here breathing and with a pulse.
Thank you especially to Anna, who's life and love utterly changed that night. The man she met and fell in love with changed forever in the blink of an eye. She has been my rock and without her I wouldn't be sat typing this today. I love you xxx
Tomorrow is year since my lil one died in my arms. Tomorrow we'll be spending time with her. Please anyone who wishes to please wall with her around the meadows, we will. Join us if you see us there.
For her friends please remember and honour her memory by walking through life with the kind, caring nature she had. Put away any unkindness and get out the smiles, like those big one smiles she used to wear.
