Happy Birthday Swaggot! I can't beleive your 14 already! I can't help but wonder what we would be doing today. Another sleepover? Hunger games film marathon? The paint run thingy widge that you wanted to do? Gosh I can't believe it. I can't imagine my best friend ever being mature, but who says you have to grow up because your 14? We would have been the weird, cackling old ladies at the back of the care home, laughing at the stupid things we did as kids. We were going to be just like our mums. We would go to the same school, then send our children to school together with hopes that they would be friends too. We would have been the girls that stuck together no matter what, sisters before misters as always. I often wonder why you had to go so early. You had plans, ambitions, places to explore and a life to live. Then I remember a little something I saw floating about the Internet one day. A little girl asked her mum why do all the best people pass first. Her mum replied with "When you pick flowers from a meadow, which ones do you choose? The best looking, the strongest and the most spectacular" You, my friend, are one of those beautiful flowers. You were picked from the meadow of thousands that couldn't compare to you. I wish you a very Happy Birthday, enjoy whatever you do today up in the clouds and I advice you not too eat too much cake or too many sweets! I love you so much Nickki, and I miss you even so, Lots of love, kisses and cuddles, Sophie xx
